Deliveries & returns

DELIVERIES

We prepare & ship your orders within 48 to 72 hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Friday are sent on Monday.
Once your order has been validated, we invite you to follow its progress on your customer account.

RETURNS

We accept returns under certain conditions:

  • Before any return, please send a request directly to our customer service by email at hello@melitee.fr
  • You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to return your items. Beyond this period returns will not be accepted. Damaged items (worn, washed, damaged, used and without their original labels) cannot be refunded.
  • Please include in your return package the invoice or delivery note associated with your order. Otherwise, the return cannot be processed or refunded.
  • Return costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please send us back your package by Colissimo to the address previously communicated by email.
  • In the event of non-compliance with these instructions, the returned product will be considered as not complying with our return policy and cannot be refunded.
  • Refunds will be made within 14 working days of receipt of the return. Refunds are made via the payment method used when ordering.

We do not trade. If you wish, we invite you to place a new order on our site.
