ORDERS

I did not receive an order confirmation email, why?

If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder. If necessary, we invite you to contact our customer service indicating the date of your order and your first name.

I still haven't received my order, is this normal?

Log in to your customer account and check the status of your order in your order history. If after 10 working days you still have not received your order, please contact our customer service with your tracking number.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

Once the order confirmation email has been received, you can no longer cancel it. You will be able, after receiving your items, to request a return. The return costs are your responsibility.

What payment methods are accepted?

It is possible to pay for your order by credit card, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and ApplePay.

An item is missing from my order/the package arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your package is damaged, please send a photo to customer service so that we can open an investigation with our service provider.
If your package is not damaged, but you are missing a part, please contact our customer service.

What should I do if I received a faulty item?

Upon receipt of the package, if you notice a defect, send us a photo to: hello@melitee.fr with the order number, your name and first name. We will come back to you as soon as possible to find a solution together.

I do not receive your e-mails and newsletters, what should I do?

You can very easily subscribe to our newsletters. Simply enter your email address in the field at the bottom of the site page, under the heading “Receive our newsletters”.

DELIVERIES

What are the delivery times ?

Your orders are prepared within 48 to 72 hours. Orders placed on Friday are sent on Monday.

For delivery in France, you must allow 48 hours from dispatch to receive your package at a relay point or at home.

For abroad, depending on your country of delivery, it will take between 7 to 20 days.

Who delivers the packages?

We work exclusively with La Poste and Mondial Relay.

How do I track my package?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also find information about your order by logging into your customer account.

I was absent when my package was delivered, what should I do?

If you were absent during the postman's visit, don't worry, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox and your package will be available at the post office closest to you.

  

REFUNDS & RETURNS


I am not satisfied, how do I return an item?

You have 14 days, from the day of receipt of your package, to return the items that do not suit you. Please send us an email beforehand.

Returned products must be new with their labels, unworn or washed and in their original box perfectly intact.

How soon will I receive my refund?

Upon receipt of the package by our team, we process your return within 7 working days. Refunds are made with the same payment method used to place the order. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is validated.

I want to make an exchange, is it possible?

Having very little stock on each model, we unfortunately cannot make exchanges. You will need to place a new order for the desired item and make a return for the item you wish to return.

Return deadline exceeded

The return period is 14 days, unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this date.


PRODUCTS

The part I want is out of stock, will there be a restock?

We have few parts available and restocking is done according to demand and availability from suppliers.

Do not hesitate to activate the back in stock alert on the product page of your favorite piece. You will then be notified by email if a restocking is planned.

Where do your clothes come from?

Our clothes are carefully selected from our French, European and International suppliers.

Washing and maintenance

The washing and maintenance instructions are mentioned on our product sheets.

If you have any doubts about a product that is no longer online, contact us by email with the reference of the model in question.
